So, this works very well on a single client, but with an element of the physical aspects of hypnosis. I tend to use a technique I’ve seen in India while on a yoga retreat, but there are other methods that will do just as well.

This is a remarkably powerful form of hypnosis, and draws on some yogic techniques I picked up in India. While not for everyone, it’s a great one to practice on clients that are completely comfortable with this kind of physical approach. RH
